Bioteque
is a resource of descriptors for different biological entities.
By traversing this knowledge graph through specific entities and relationships we explored
more than 1000 paths (aka metapaths) which were encoded into numerical vectors and made available
for the community.

Here you see the metapath you are building. You can
use the top-right bottons to undo the last node or clear
the whole metapath.
Some associations like this one are
intermediaries of longer metapaths.
Please select another node to build a valid metapath.

Here you see some analytical plots for the current metapath descriptor.
We provide a legend on the bottom-right corner.
Now you can download the descriptors for
the selected metapath. The download provides folder for each dataset including:
The tutorial is over.
- The descriptors for each node in the
metapath (HDF5 format). - An analytical card describing the
descriptors. - Nearest neighbour network
(closest 1% for each node). - Raw network
(only for >=L2 metapaths).

Try to change the dataset for the metapath
and see changing the analytical card. Be aware that in some cases only one will be available!
